If you give it a chance, you will discover that working on the IPSO is a very rewarding way to spend your time: you will be on the front row of international psychology, you will gain a lot of experience and contacts that may prove to be very useful in your further career, and (last but not least) you will make many many many friends from all over the world.

And don't forget that you can always take a step back: your voluntary commitment will not be turned into an obligation. Every contribution will be accepted in gratitude and with all due respect.

You could help us a lot by doing one or more of the following things: 

• editing and updating this web site;

• creating and/or coordinating one of our mailing lists (so-called "Dedicated Networks"*, grouping IPSO-members who share a common trait or interest);

• recruiting members (through e-mails, posters, leaflets, meetings, etc.);

• compiling, editing and spreading information (documents, addresses, etc.) that may be useful for psychology students who wish to study or work abroad;

• supporting and advising psychological student organizations (local, national, or international) and students who wish to create such organizations;

• serving as a human interface between the IPSO and other organizations (other psychological organizations, other student organizations, universities, publishers, possible public or private sponsors, etc.);

• … (all suggestions are welcome).

*: Dedicated Networks are autonomously operating groups of Constituents, and/or Members, created on their own initiative, that produce services for Members. Each member or representative may start a Dedicated Network. Dedicated Networks shall appoint one or more Dedicated Network Coordinators who maintain regular contact with the Executive Committee. The Dedicated Networks are self-supporting: the IPSO carries no responsibility for their finances.
