My general view on the IPSO:

- I strongly believe that it is the perfect time for IPSO to emerge and come to life and be an important part of our environment. My experience with the creation of the students' org in Russia has shown that there's a big need for information. People are basically starving for it. Most of them don't know that there are so many different opportunities that surround them. There's a great need in communication among students. And as happened in Russia - when the opportunity occurred there was a great output from different parts of the country.
- I believe that the more we communicate with each other, the richer we become. Communication creates an open mind - which is very important in the age that we live in. and I see IPSO as a great tool and opportunity for it.
- I think that we should open our borders not only to the psychology students, but as well for those who're closely related to it like social workers, linguists. I believe that from this collaboration we can only benefit.
- I see IPSO's mission as to create conditions for scientific knowledge exchanges, professional training and growth of the young specialists in the field of psychology.

My aims as a Vice-President

Since the IPSO is a newborn organization I see the most important task for this period of time is to facilitate the process of scientific and informational exchanges (the communication part). The way I see this aim can be reached is by the following means:
1. Creation of the students' net (as my experience shows this is very important for those students who don't have the regular access to the internet);
2. Creation of the data base of psychology students (that can be used both by students for finding people who are working in the related areas and by professionals or organizations for inviting students to participate in different research projects, internships, etc.);
3. Promotion of joint research projects in psychology;
4. Creation of a travel network;
5. Publications (in an online newspaper or journal for starters, but with the future plans for creating a printed edition);
6. Stimulation and development of international exchange programs;
7. Organization of a world congress for psychology students (face-to-face meetings are very important and they give a great stimulus; as an example: after the first ever psychology students' two-days forum was held in Moscow students from one city, but from different universities begun to organize joint meetings back home; there was a wave of psychology students' conferences organized in different parts of the country);
8. Not only working together but spending the free time - inform about different opportunities where IPSO people can meet and forget all about psychology and just have a great time together! (there's a group of Russian psychology students that plan to go backpacking to Baikal Lake in July - if anyone's interested, let me know).

My aims as a Professional Members Council Coordinator

I believe that the collaboration with the professionals is very important. It creates conditions for us to grow, to become more professional and efficient. As my experience shows most of the professionals are very glad to participate in the students' life. They're ready to devote their time and effort. And for most of us it is very important to hear the feedback on whatever we do and how we do, especially for those students who live and study long ways from the centre and don't have the opportunity either to meet or at least to speak to a person on who's text books he/she is studying. So my overall aim is to create conditions for communication between students and professional members. And there's a variety of means that can be done by:
1. maintain contacts with different professional organizations (psychology, education, and related);
2. representation of psychology students in the mentioned above professional organisations;
3. involvement of professional members in the editing process of the students publications;
4. conducting research projects under the supervision of the professional members;
5. involvement of professional members in the meetings of IPSO;
6. organizing online meeting with professionals - to give the opportunity for students to "meet" and talk to those people to whom they otherwise won't be able to talk;
7. creating a "search bureau" where students could make an inquiry and get a contact information of a professional if he/she doesn't mind.

My aims as a Task Force Coordinator or Dedicated Network Coordinator

1. Facilitate the work of different project groups, coordinate them;
2. Maintain the contact among different groups;
3. Work towards the achievement the overall goal and mission of IPSO.
