The aims of the IPSO are…

(1)  to promote exchanges of scientific knowledge among psychology students

       and psychologists from all countries, and to promote international research

       in psychology;

(2)  to improve the educational conditions for psychology students;

(3)  to facilitate the employment process for (almost) young psychologists, 

       with special attention for those who are looking for a job abroad or in an 

       international setting;

(4)  to improve the representation of psychology students in professional

       organizations, educational bodies and the like; on local, national and 

       international level;

(5)  to provide psychology students with a forum where they can...

       (a)  interact with psychology students and/or professional psychologists

             from various countries on psychological, educational, ethical

             and/or social matters;

       (b)  gather support for projects related to psychology and/or education;

       (c)  become familiar with international professional organizations, editors,

             and their work.

These aims are reflected in the services of the IPSO.
